and I am a stop motion animator in my senior year of an Animation BFA at SCAD. I'll be graduating in June 2022.

I was raised in Hong Kong. Growing up in a big city like Hong Kong felt like a candy store of character reference. It was impossible not to be fascinated with observing the world around me, a habit that has stayed with me to this day.

 

Stop motion perfectly marries my two loves - movement and art. The ability to tell stories through this medium and its tactile sensibility is so captivating . More, it drives my everyday. I delight in creating worlds, characters and stories, loosing myself in the puppets as I work, disappearing into the magic of the craft as they come to life.
